The Mursi like to dress up for all occasions, they paint their faces and sometimes their body's in different elaborate patterns along with anything that they can find in their environment to use to adorn their heads. In this painting she is using feathers she found and a nut that they harvest, they are semi hard and green on the outside and they open them up to get the nut inside.
